However, Montes & Ventos does not collect sensitive or confidential personal data under any circumstances.

Montes & Ventos may contact the guests designated by its clients whenever necessary for the fulfillment of the contracted service or event. Such communication may also relate to organizational matters and/or assistance with their stay in Portugal. 4. To guarantee high-quality service, Montes & Ventos works in partnership with external entities and may therefore need to share certain client and guest data with them. These entities include, in particular, hotels, restaurants, and other service providers for Events. 5. The processing of client data is based on their consent and is carried out in line with the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and transparency, while strictly adhering to the principles of necessity, adequacy, and proportionality.
3. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
Montes & Ventos collects and uses personal data exclusively for purposes directly connected to the operation of this website, the planning and delivery of contracted services and events, the management and accommodation of clients and their guests in Portugal, direct marketing initiatives, and customer support. All data processed for these purposes is appropriate, relevant, and limited to what is strictly necessary.
